施工架技術工的報價與合約執行關連性
今天得知施工架技術工有4名已至其他工地, 原因是工資太低!
就其近因 - subcontractor 報價時就偏低, 因此若當週或當月出工天數過低時, 該技術工將不會待命, 因此調度上就會有困難!
當技術工資源有限時 - 熟悉鋼管架搭設技術且了解BLL規定
報價其實很難以比照一般市場行情
